Niki Clarke Crossman is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Hope Africa Trust, bringing a dynamic blend of leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit to the organization. With a proven track record as a customer-first leader, Niki has a demonstrated history of success in Sales, Customer Success, and Services across the global software and media industries.
A true entrepreneur, Niki has a passion for building communities. This is evident in her founding of a dog daycare company in Singapore in 2016 and, more recently, ThinkSuccess.Net in 2021. The latter is a platform dedicated to supporting and connecting the Customer Success community in the Asia-Pacific region.
Niki's dedication to lifelong learning and education is highlighted by her current pursuit of a PhD and her guest lectures at universities. She is committed to applying her extensive knowledge and experience to guide Hope Africa Trust in its mission to empower and educate communities across Africa.
Ayoola Adedeji
Ayoola Adedeji serves as a dedicated Trustee for Hope Africa Trust, leveraging his extensive expertise to support the organisation's mission. As a highly accomplished Senior Project Scheduler with a background in complex, large-scale projects, Ayoola brings invaluable skills in strategic planning, project management, and risk mitigation. His professional experience ensures that the Trust’s initiatives, from digital literacy programs to community development projects, are executed with precision and efficiency.
With a strong foundation in accounting from the University of Lagos in Nigeria, Ayoola is deeply connected to the communities Hope Africa Trust serves. He is committed to applying his technical and leadership abilities to help the organisation deliver on its promises and create a lasting, positive impact across Africa.
Dr. Monique Jonah-Lynch
Dr. Monique Lynch-Jonah serves as a dedicated Trustee for Hope Africa Trust, bringing her extensive expertise as a mental health professional, lecturer, and humanitarian diplomat to the organisation. With a Doctor of Science in Mental Health and Diplomacy and a Master of Science in Counseling and Social Work, Dr. Lynch-Jonah possesses a deep understanding of the psychosocial factors that impact community well-being.
Over her career, she has accumulated significant experience in mental health promotion, community and project development, and research. Dr. Lynch-Jonah's background, including her work as a Programme Coordinator for a PAHO/WHO Collaborating Centre, demonstrates her ability to manage complex initiatives and develop impactful programs.
As a published author and entrepreneur, Dr. Lynch-Jonah is committed to leveraging her diverse skill set to help Hope Africa Trust foster resilience and empowerment within the communities it serves. She is dedicated to guiding the Trust in its mission to create lasting, positive change.
